I like to think I’m not a bad shot with a camera or a rifle but the moments Danielle was able to capture put me to shame. I’m not surprised though & after seeing a handful of our pictures… you won’t be either.
I’ve followed Danielle from Danielle Love Photography for quite sometime now and have always admired her work. She has a growing portfolio that ranges from newborns to newlyweds & I’ve never seen a post I didn’t like on her social media. In the age of the almighty iPhone, I’m not sure people realize just how much effort and forethought actually goes into capturing a moment. The lighting, the weather, the people, the camera… the list goes on forever. That being said, I could not have been happier to work with her. I knew after the third picture that all my assumptions were spot on and we had picked a winner. She was so easy to work with, especially with us being so uncomfortable in front of the camera… smiling is one thing but kissing and being overly affectionate is a whole other thing.
She was calming & kind, and fit in very well with our playful attitudes. Even as it was blowing a gale down by the water RIP to my cute hair, she just kept telling us how great the pictures were coming out and how happy we seemed together. The people you surround yourself with during such a special time can be the difference between a happy memory and an “I’m glad that’s over” memory. I’m happy to say that I will always see these photos and remember the moment when getting married felt so real and so close that we were just giddy with excitement. — I’m talking double chin giddy, people!
We left with wind blown hair, a new friend & so much excitement for our wedding day! I thought I’d share a few pictures on here because I may or may not have already filled my house with them… and I need a new outlet, ha!
