We’ve all seen the Pinterest pictures of full & fluffy bouquets with silver dollar eucalyptus and loose floral arrangements. I wanted the most effortless looking bouquets for myself & my bridesmaids. I think there is a certain type of romance behind the thrown together look. I did a little shopping around and found Kelly from A Goode Florist.
My mom and I went for a consultation on a Saturday (which was amazing because not many people cater to someone with a 9-5, M-F). Kelly walked out to meet us and I instantly knew we would go with her. She is upbeat, energetic & put together my dream bouquet just from me saying “natural, organic & romantic”.
Something that I explored with Kelly was putting my own arrangements together (and by arrangements I mean placing greenery in a piece of floral foam). I wanted a few bundles of eucalyptus to place sporadically around my decorations & some softer flowers for our cake table and on top of our actual cake. She was so accommodating and explained to me that florists aren’t just there for making bouquets, they’re there to supply you with all types of floral needs. It really gave me the freedom to put my own personal touch on things, but I still had the safety of Kelly & her gorgeous arrangements.
(How sweet is my Daddy!?)
I could not have imagined more perfect bouquets, boutonnières, corsages & center pieces for our wedding day. Thank you, Kelly & the A Goode Florist family.
Thank you to Danielle Love Photography for the pictures that just keep on giving!
